PRIVACY POLICY

QCD Tools does not sell or share customer information. All confidential information is maintained securely and internally. We value your privacy.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Times:
We process orders Monday through Friday: 8 am – 7 pm PST. Orders ship within 24 – 72 hours after being placed. You will be notified via e-mail or phone if an item requested is on back-order.

Shipping the Order:
Our products are shipped from various warehouses. You may receive two or more packages to complete an order. There will not be any additional shipping charges resulting from this.

Hawaii or Alaska: Due to high shipping costs, we must charge freight for all orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for shipping cost estimates.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns up to 14 days after you receive your order. The order must be unused and in its original packaging. Special orders are not refundable unless the problem is our error. Return freight is not refundable.

All returns must be issued an “authorization number.” Please contact us first. Do not return any product without prior authorization. Returning a product without prior authorization will be rejected and sent back to sender. Please be sure to insure any returns and include a copy of the invoice.

**NO REFUND OR RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS, NO EXCEPTIONS**

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After an order has been submitted online, you will receive an email confirmation from QCD Tools indicating we’ve received the order. Once fulfilled and shipped, an additional email will be sent containing tracking information.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Our payment system is streamlined so that when an order is placed, it is then immediately fulfilled. Due to high volume of orders, we cannot cancel an order once placed. Please place your order carefully. If you have any questions on any of the products, please feel free to contact us first.

DAMAGED GOODS

Please consider the following:

  • Inspect all shipments for damage upon receipt.
  • Refuse a package that shows obvious signs of having been opened and/or damaged.
  • Hidden damages such as missing or non-working parts should be reported to us immediately upon discovery.
  • You have 3 days from receipt to report any shortages or shipping damages.
  • Contact us and we will arrange for return shipment, refund or replacement of all missing or defective items.
  • Please return all damaged goods orders in original packing materials and include original packing slip with notice of reason for dissatisfaction, or list of missing or non-working items.
